Guilt-Free, Insanely-Tasty, Joy-Filled

How did you come up with the idea for this product?

As someone who has to be very careful with managing blood sugar levels, given a long family history, I was looking for clean desserts that were safe to eat and great to taste, to indulge mindfully. Desserts with clean, star ingredients, while being low on glycemic load, 100% sugar free AND low carb didn’t exist, so we decided to create our own products, with gourmet and premium, as well as absolutely safe ingredients and no cheap fillers.

What makes your product special?

We have designed our products carefully, in a way that they deliver an ultra-low glycemic load per recommended serving size, while being very satiating as well. We have designed our portion sizes to help our health-conscious consumers indulge mindfully.

To achieve this, we have created a sugar-free sweetener for crafting all our products, and this sweetener is tested as Low GI, at the CFTRI, Mysore. Besides, we use premium, low GI and low carb premium ingredients, so that the end product is a great experience to indulge in, guilt-free!

What has been the best part of your experience?

Our ability to bring everyday joy to a person who is dealing with restrictions in their diet. Or the time when the mother of a child recently diagnosed with T1D, sees her child enjoying a little treat safely. Another time when a first-time Artinci eater saw their blood sugar remain steady after eating one of our desserts.

The absolute joy that our consumers experience, when they eat a great-tasting dessert where they are truly able to indulge guilt-free, while staying on track of their health goals. And also their pleasant surprise, when they read our product ingredient labels – that this little treat has been made with all things awesome. The sense of a normal life that they experience, with all of the joy, none of the guilt.
